With all the choice available to the consuming public in terms of small hatchback models, it's no surprise that some people become confused. I know from personal experience that when you are looking for a car in this saturated marketplace, it can be a bit of a mine field. I did what most sensible people do and endeavoured to test drive as many different models as possible and try to keep track of which ones were superior.
